Minor variations in handmade, embellished, embroidered, beaded, customized, or individually produced merchandise are not necessarily considered defects.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED & MADE-TO-ORDER MERCHANDISE
Certain Collections by Nina merchandise may be customized, personalized, sized, designed, or produced specifically for the customer.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information submitted for custom orders, including names, initials, dates, measurements, sizes, colors, symbols, chapter information, wording, spelling, and other personalization details.
When an approval, proof, measurement confirmation, or design confirmation is requested, it is the customer’s responsibility to review the information carefully before approving production.
Once a customer approves a custom design, measurement, size, personalization, or other specification and production begins, changes may not be possible.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order merchandise is generally final sale, except where merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.

JEWELRY & SIZING
Customers purchasing sized or custom jewelry, including bracelets, are responsible for providing accurate measurements when requested.
For custom-sized jewelry, Collections by Nina may request confirmation of measurements or other specifications before production or shipment.
Once the customer has confirmed or approved the requested sizing information, the item will be produced or prepared based on those approved specifications.
Fit preferences can vary from person to person. A custom-sized item produced according to customer-provided and approved measurements is not considered defective solely because the customer later prefers a different fit.
Clasps, closures, fasteners, and other jewelry components may vary by design and may operate differently from styles a customer has previously worn. A functioning clasp or closure is not considered defective solely because a customer finds the mechanism unfamiliar or more difficult to operate than another style.
Nothing in this section limits remedies available for merchandise that is actually defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced.
LICENSED MERCHANDISE & THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Certain products offered by Collections by Nina may incorporate trademarks, names, logos, symbols, insignia, or other intellectual property owned by third parties and used pursuant to applicable licensing or authorization requirements.
Ownership of those trademarks and other protected intellectual property remains with their respective owners.
The sale of licensed merchandise does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
