Our Promise

Returns & Exchanges

At Collections by Nina, each piece is crafted with intention and care. We hope you love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be new, unworn, and in original condition

  • You must email info@collectionsbynina.com within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be shipped back within 14 days of the original delivery date

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 3–7 business days.

Final Sale

Because many of our pieces are custom-crafted, the following are final sale:

  • Personalized or custom items (initials, chapter letters, dates, symbols, etc.)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Worn, altered, or damaged merchandise

Shipping

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

  • For exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping both ways

Return instructions and the return address will be provided via email.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@collectionsbynina.com with photos and a description so we can resolve the matter promptly.
